Nice little cafe in Hopkins Village, Stann Creek District, Belize.  Casual and unusually contemporary for this sleepy little place. I think I've found my little place to do my experimental stuff in photography.

See. I'm thinking Thongs as in a tiny little little piece of cloth that I can ball up in my hand and not even see it. Eye Candy. Nope. It's the flip flops. Great food and service. Casual and affordable enought to eat here all the time in Belize. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Variety of coffees, teas, shakes, smoothies, juices. Great omelets w/salads, bagels, french toast for breakfast. Salads, sandwiches and Mediterranean meals for launch and dinner. Beer and wine.
